Returns and exchanges

At HappyKido, we do our utmost to deliver your order with 100% satisfaction. Not quite satisfied? No problem. Please notify us within 14 days by contacting us at help@happykido.nl. Our team will be happy to help you return your order.

Please note: Returns and exchanges of items purchased from HappyKido are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase. To complete your return or exchange, we need an order confirmation or an order number.

Return for refund

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in its original packaging (with the exception of the Sensory Sleep Tunnel).

Once we have received your return, we will approve or reject it and notify you by email. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed and refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Upon receipt, we will approve or decline the exchange request.

Send an email to help@happykido.nl to start a swap. Here we will provide further instructions for the return. Please note that we only exchange items if they are incorrect or damaged.

Returns and Exchanges - Shipping Information

HappyKido will only pay shipping costs for returns of defective or damaged items and reserves the right to replace defective or damaged items at its discretion.

For all other returns and exchanges of unused items, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping charges will not be refunded. If you receive a refund, we will refund the returned item excluding shipping costs.

If you send an item over €70, we recommend insured shipping for the return. HappyKido is not responsible for goods lost during transport to our return address.

Damaged or defective goods

If you want to exchange a defective or damaged item, please send photos or a short video of the defective item to help@happykido.nl. Enter your original order number in the subject line.

Items on sale

Only normally priced items can be refunded. Items on sale are not eligible for a refund.

Gifts

If the item you are returning was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used to place the order, or as a credit via a HappyKido gift card, to be used only for purchases through our website ( https://happykido.nl).
